Newest Family Member

I'm sad to report that Garfield passed away sometime between yesterday afternoon and tonight. He had gone into the basement, crawled inside a box (his favorite kind of place to hide. He wasn't trapped, it's not a big box.) and passed away.

This is Garfield (I know...how original, but hey that's what he reminded me of). He has been hanging around the house for the last 3.5 months. Didn't do anything to encourage him to stay, but he decided we were the family he was going to adopt.
